There are 12 football clubs are part of the league and they play more matches in home and away match format. According to the Indigenous federation, the Indigenous Peoples Champion League season runs from February to May for every year. The Indigenous Peoples Champion League-IPCL is local competition, is known as an indigenous football tournament, which was established on 5 August 2020 in Oyadav district, Ratanakir province, Cambodia. Southeast Asia Countries Background   SEA GAMES is a type of sport that is conducted in the region of Southeast Asia. Therefore, it is called SEAP GAMES (South East Asia Peninsular).  I. Introduction Ratanakiri's map Ratanakiri is a province of northeast Cambodia. It borders the provinces of Mondulkiri to the south and Stung Treng to the west and borders to Laos and Vietnem to the north and east (Wikipedia). Who is Jarai?                        Jarai is an indigenous group from central highland of Vietnam. living in two countries such as Vietnam and Northeastern Cambodia.  Most of this ethnic group is live in the Vietnamese provinces of Gia Lai, Kon Tum and Dak Lak and Cambodian, Ratanakiri province (Oyadav, Borkeo, OdongMeas). Jarai is related to the Malayo-Polynesian language. There are   approximately 513,930 in Vietnam (Wikipedia-2019) and 26,335 in Cambodia (Wikipedia-2008). Jarai is the second largest after Krueng (Indigenous group) in Ratanakiri province.
