Scholars have traditionally thought that democracy refers to rule by the people, specifically through elected representatives which originated around 2,500 years ago in Greece before spreading to Europe [1] and the United States. Grandma who still uses the mother's clan, Romam In Khmer civilization, a surname is a name that is generally used at the beginning of each person's name when it is written or commonly called for many centuries. In Cambodian tradition, the last name is typically taken by the father, grandpa, or even great-grandfather. There are 12 football clubs are part of the league and they play more matches in home and away match format. Who is Jarai?                        Jarai is an indigenous group from central highland of Vietnam. living in two countries such as Vietnam and Northeastern Cambodia.  Most of this ethnic group is live in the Vietnamese provinces of Gia Lai, Kon Tum and Dak Lak and Cambodian, Ratanakiri province (Oyadav, Borkeo, OdongMeas).
