STOP Bulling me

I have often heard, people greet their friends or acquaintances by saying, "hey guys, you're so fat or thin," or even, "why you're such an unsightly guy?" Have guys ever thought it was okay to use those words? You’re all right to do this, but not right for anyone who hears or treats your fucking words. The question will be asked of you, did you make a mistake? Oops, you didn't make any mistakes, however, your f*cling words are not available for anyone who is bullied by you.

Just a reminder to you guys to be careful what you say or call your friends or anyone you know. Stop calling them like you did before, asking why you're so bad-looking or why you’re so thin or fat, plah plah. These questions and words are unethical and bullying. Besides, it may affect people's mental health automatically. Greeting people used to be a normal thing when you were younger, but it would cause the relationship or connection to deteriorate almost immediately.

To make sure no one wants to be the most unattractive looking, thinnest, fattest or whatever in the world. The natural appearance is what we are born with, and we shouldn't judge others based on it. Keep your shit inside your mouth! You may use some examples such as, how’s your day? I miss you, long time no see. That's admirable conservation and an excellent attitude.

My opinions are based on my experiences with society that I have challenged. My hope is that one day our society will change the way its members treat each other, regardless of whether it is for fun or not. Don't put up with or accept these attitudes because they are harmful and unethical for our society.

Please comment below if you have suggestions or ideas. Thanks!

Do not bully others

In fact, my shape was not looking good as now, my body was the thinnest with a big belly, ugliest, and was the most strange boy and I also have different thinking compared to everyone in my rural village.  There was a lot of bullying from my friends, neighbors, siblings, and sometimes from my teachers. Therefore, I was a sad boy from a poor family.  I was probably aged 10-year-old, no one liked me and most of my friends did not want to play football with me because at that time I have a big belly as in this photo above.  And I had no comfortable clothes like my friends. I did not talk too much with others because all the time that I started a conversation with them, they often rejected me and called me “Heya, អាក្មេងតេនញ៉ា ,” refers to a someone who has a huge belly and ugliest boy. So, I could not build strong relationships with those we...
