How can you improve yourself each day?

Learning never stops, learning never be the end. If you think you are great enough and better than everyone else, you probably going to be wrong because this is an action that could stop you to think positively, instead of negatively thinking. Do not be full-water, no one is perfect even great and successful people, they do not stop learning from everything and they do not they are great enough.

This is my personal opinion, and I do believe that knowledge is huge and nobody gets enough. So, self-improving is very special for everyone because it makes you develop from each day to each day. You can make yourself better by changing your negative mind first, then starting to do those daily activities as below:

1.     Positive Thinking

Positive thinking is an optimistic attitude, is the activity that focuses on something good, is confident in yourself, and thinks of good in situations even bad things or good things. It can have a big impact on your mental and physical health. It does not mean you should ignore reality or make light of problems.

In reality, life is so messy and no one ever faces the challenges in their life. Being human is having a duty to fight the obstacle. So, if your mind is full of negative things, you would be afraid to win fates or create miracles. So, you must change your negative thinking instead of positive thinking. But how can you improve your positive mind? Of course, you can do it by focusing on good things in the past or in the present. When your brain often thinks good, it would help you to do something good in your thinking. As you know that in life, the situation and obstacles are part of life. Otherwise, you can spend time with people who think positively because they will follow them.

2.     Keep in reading the book

Reading is also good for people to improve their focus, memory, empathy, and communication skills. There are many benefits from reading books, it helps you to reduces stress, and improve your mental and physical health. Following to the new research, reading is the most important way to assist people to live longer than people who does not like reading book. Do you think it is true? Yep, I definitely agree with new research, because reading brings you feel happy and joyful.

Reading book not only improve your mental health, but it also can strengthen you to gain more knowledge, experience and special skills from it. It allows you to learn new things to help you to make better in work, study and relationships. Other hand, it motivates you to be kind and considerate of other people’s feelings.

You can build yourself to be good by enjoy reading books each day, I do believe that you would be possible to change your personality and attitude. Reading is great thing you should follow because it can impact on your life. My message to you, “Don’t waste your time too much on Social Media, but you might spend your great times on reading books.”

3.     Build good communicate with successful people

Communication is an important in our life. Because it allows people to build strong personal relationships. Connect to great or successful people, because you could learn from them what you want and how they improved themselves affectively. For example, if you are a student in the college, if you are lack of communication with everyone as teachers or friends, you would not possible to do great things in class. Because you do not know how to work with them and would feel lonely. 

Communication is a key to your success in school, in workplace, as well as influences on your thinking yourself and others. I do not mean that you must not to make friendship with people who weak then you, I wanted you to make connection with people could help you and bring you to success ways. And good connection with great people, they will guide you to do positive things in life.

4.     Learn foreign languages as more as possible

Learning a new language is crucial for you in daily life. Why you should learn a foreign language? Foreign languages enhance your listening and memory. The advantages of learning foreign languages are mushroom and are all about how truly to connect with others-an important skill in life. If you can speak a few languages, you will be able to get more job opportunities in the 21st century.

5.     Getting out of your comfort zone

Comfort zone is referred to a situation in which you get comfortable and you do not have to do anything new or difficult things. Getting out of your comfort zone can help you to realize potential you never even knew you had. Do not be afraid to create new miracles in life.  It is great to fail and make mistakes as much as you can. Mistakes are secret things that improve and enhance you to grow fast and successful from day to day. Be proud to have time to do something new and improve yourself.

6.     Have a good smile and laugh

No matter how busy or difficult you face, do not forget to have fun and be excited with yourself and everyone. Smiling and laughing are machines that give you peace and hope. Spend time with friends and family who make you smile or laugh. How can you do it? Watching comedy shows with your friends or family.  Smiling makes you happy and has positive emotions to increase productivity, creativity, and problem-solving. “A perfect day is when the soul smile,” as a quote. The more you smile, the more you get more joyful in daily life.

Messages, do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone if you want to improve yourself. Improvement is starting with your good habits and activities in your daily life. Keep being positive and self-developed every day and everywhere. There are some of my experiences that I am practicing to develop myself now.
