How can you find peace inside you?


Peace of mind is referred to being calm and happy with whatever you have. Letting go of everything, the abstinence you mention is to detach yourself from the pleasures of this world and dwell in the pleasure of life. Mind here is not just our physical brain but also our conscious and subconscious which controls most of our choices. It affects your whole life, makes your life enjoy, think clearly, forgiveness, feel safe, and love your own life. Where does it come from? I think that it comes from our actions and overthinking

1. Know yourself: You need to understand yourself first. You should ask questions to yourself, what you want? Who you are? What’s the priority in your life? Then start to identify your core values, your mission, your vision, your strengths, your weaknesses, most people are living “on the surface” superficially, fearfully, and miserably. For example, tell yourself, it’s fine to make mistakes and be imperfect, and forgive yourself because it is great to learn from them. As long as you try your next time. You will be peaceful inside your mind.

2. Know your surroundings: the places you’re in, the people you interact with, your close circle, your workplace, etc. The more you know, the more you can control/eliminate unnecessary drama and troubles, and the more you’ll reclaim inner poise and peace in your life. Being with someone who understands and values you, someone who encourages you each time you fall, someone who values and always cheers you up each time you feel like your life is coming to an end, yeah, such a person is capable of giving you tons of reasons for you to find peace in your life.

3. With that being said, never keep anything that does not align with your vibes. The things that are not nourishing your soul shouldn’t be part of your life and thoughts.

 4. Take deep meditation: my peace comes from meditation on the breath. Meditating can reduce the mental noise that’s going on in your head, just to mentally reset/rest. (Kinda like calming yourself down from overthinking).

5. Accept the truth: Accepting the truth is a good way to accept the truth from everything that you have done, it does not matter failure or success. If you want to keep your mind peaceful, you should learn from mistakes because it helps you to improve and develop yourself as possible. For example, if your exam did not get good as your expected, so you just need to accept the result and then learn from your failure. Continue, and you will get a peaceful mind.

6. Enjoy reading books: Spend your time reading more books as you can. Reading book is really important for mental and physical health. It provides more knowledge and improves your focus, and memories through reading books. Reading is strengthening your ability and improves your mind. 

Every day, make yourself happy with what you have, you will be able to find peace inside you. There are many benefits to improving your mind peace because it can affect your daily life. The more you love yourself the more you are happy with your life.
